
Miranza strengthens its management team with two new appointments
Miranza has further strengthened its management team with the appointment of Josu Rodríguez as Chief Operating Officer and Juan Manuel Chicote as Human Resources Director. Both professionals have extensive experience in their respective fields and are joining the company to support its continued development and contribute to the growth of an expanding organisation.
Josu Rodríguez has extensive experience in senior management positions within the healthcare sector. Throughout his career, he has been a member of the management teams at Hospital Intermutual, CIMA at Clínica Universidad de Navarra, and Hospital Universitario Fundación Jiménez Díaz. Prior to joining Miranza, he held a senior management position at Quirónsalud Group in Madrid.
Juan Manuel Chicote, meanwhile, joins Miranza as Human Resources Director after holding the same position at DKV since 2018. Chicote has a broad and solid professional track record spanning a range of sectors and organisations. In the legal sector, Juan Manuel Chicote served as Human Resources Director at law firm Gómez-Acebo & Pombo. Previously, he spent more than 20 years building his career in the luxury sector within the LVMH (Louis Vuitton Moët Hennessy) Group, where he worked with several of its leading brands, including Loewe. He also worked at Lladró and luxury jewellery company Carrera y Carrera, where he led the Human Resources function for seven years.
The appointment of both professionals strengthens Miranza’s management structure in two key areas for the organisation’s development. Rodríguez and Chicote take on their new responsibilities bringing extensive experience, as well as great enthusiasm about joining a growing project with new challenges ahead.
