Unicaja Basketball and Miranza Málaga

Miranza Málaga recently received a visit from part of the Unicaja squad, following the European victory achieved by the Malaga team in Belgrade a few days ago, after beating Lenovo Tenerife.

Will Thomas, Kameron Taylor, Jonathan Barreiro, Augusto Lima, Nihad Djedovic and Yankuba Sima, accompanied by coach Ibon Navarro and other staff members, visited the Malaga clinic.

During their visit, the players were also able to have their eyes checked, a key aspect of their sporting performance and quality of life. Thus, Unicaja makes a stand for prevention in ophthalmology, highlighting the importance of eye check-ups, as some eye diseases have no clear symptoms and can significantly and even irreversibly impair vision.

Unicaja Basketball and Miranza Group team up for the prevention of eye diseases.

Miranza Málaga will provide eye check-ups for Unicaja fans attending the game on 12 May against Zunder Palencia at the Martín Carpena Palacio de Deportes sports hall, where the clinic will set up a tent in the Fan Area to offer eye screening and information on prevention, symptoms and eye treatments. This event will be staged again during one of the upcoming playoff games at the Palacio de Deportes sports hall.
