Please note that our tele-consulting team starts with the preparation of your online consultation from the moment you request an appointment, especially with regard to the evaluation of the report and other medical documents. Therefore, we would appreciate it if you notify us of any rescheduling or cancellation as soon as possible.
The cancellation policy is as follows:
All cancellations or rescheduling must be notified 24 hours before the teleconsultation. It will only be admitted cancellations out of the indicated term due to demonstrable force majeure.
In no case will the amount paid in advance be refunded. However, this amount can be discounted from future visits or teleconsultations without any type of time limiting.
