Ophthalmology clinic in Bilbao
Miranza COI is a benchmark in ophthalmology in Bilbao, which was established in 1992 as Centro Oftalmológico Integral before joining Miranza in February 2021. Located in a unique building in the centre of Bilbao, the centre is headed by Dr. Ioana Romero, the current medical director of the centre.
The clinic was established to cover different subspecialities of ophthalmology, with leading professionals in the different ocular pathologies and their treatment, from refractive surgery to the retina, and including cataracts, glaucoma, and pediatric ophthalmology.
Along with the 2 founder members, another 13 ophthalmologists are supported by a team of 40 professionals, including optometrists, nurses, auxiliary staff, and administrative personnel. Most noteworthy in the clinic is the prestige of its ophthalmologists, its support for ongoing training, and the personalised care given to its patients, with whom we establish a close relationship of trust.
