Under the direction of Dr. Elena Arrondo, Dr. Natalino Giuliano, and Dr. Maribel Acu\u00f1a, the congress will offer a multidimensional program: from artificial intelligence (AI) applied to diagnosis, to innovative surgical techniques, emerging treatments, and strategies for therapeutic personalization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Specifically, topics to be addressed include innovations in <a href=\"https:\/\/miranza.es\/en\/pathologies\/glaucoma\/\">glaucoma <\/a>diagnosis, advances in medical and laser treatment, and approaches to the disease from different parts of the world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThe goal of TIG is to create a space where clinicians and surgeons can debate, question, and learn about glaucoma, integrating science, technology, and real-world experience. We are at a pivotal moment to transform the approach to this disease, and the congress will provide a unique platform to drive that change,\u201d explains <strong>Dr. Elena Arrondo, a member of the event\u2019s organizing committee and specialist in glaucoma and ocular hypertension at IMO Grupo Miranza<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-fdc64f25850066b38c0495ac20434bb2\" style=\"color:#71cc98;font-size:25px\"><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong>Barcelona Oculoplastics<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Meanwhile, <em>Barcelona Oculoplastics (BOC)<\/em>, whose organizing committee is made up of highly respected specialists such as <strong>Drs. Miguel Gonz\u00e1lez-Candial, Marco Sales, Constanza Barrancos, Joan Oliveres, and Isabel Mayo<\/strong>, will address eyelid, orbital, and aesthetic surgery from a comprehensive perspective. During the congress, now in its sixth edition, live surgeries, periocular rejuvenation workshops, and sessions focused on reconstruction and oncoplasty will take place. The event not only explores the functional aspects of ocular and periocular structures but also addresses aesthetics and the emotional impact of the eyes.
